The structure of ICMQ Spa is streamlined yet highly specialised. An organisation which allows maximum efficiency in the provision of services to clients in the various strands of certification.
Each type of certification is headed by a single person who, supported by specialists in the sector, reports directly to the management. This ensures rapid and effective communication with the client.
ICMQ has its head office in Milan, with some 30 employees. The rest of the inspection team, spread throughout the regions of Italy, consists of more than 60 qualified inspectors in the various spheres of activity. Recruitment of ICMQ experts is highly specialised, as required in the construction sector, and involves an ongoing process of training and staff development.
These criteria, combined with the practical expertise brought to clients’ firms, constitute the distinctive value ICMQ seeks to convey in the execution of its activities.
