The certification typologies issued by ICMQ regard both the compulsory certifications, that is mandatory according to the in force regulations for the construction sector, both the voluntary product certifications, a sort of "direct" insurance of the product quality that guarantees the attainment of set performances in conformity with the technical Standards or to other normative references. 
ICMQ IS: 

• notified body at the European Community by the competent ministries (n. 1305) in order to issue the CE Mark of the construction products according to the European directive 89/106/CEE;  
• qualified body by the Supreme Council of the Public Works (decree 28/06/06) in order to certify the ready mixed concrete plants according to the DM 14/01/2008;  
• accredited body by Accredia (n. registration 011B) for the voluntary certification of a series of building products;  
• accredited body by Accredia (n. registration 002H) for the verification and validation of the environmental product declarations (EPD).
