In the construction sector the technical and technological evolution implies to layers and fitters a continuous professional updating related to the knowledge of new materials, products and systems and to the methodologies of laying. Many professionals and building craftsmen meet this updating request attending professional classes, often organized by the same manufacturing companies.
ICMQ offers the possibility to increase the value of this skill through the personnel certification: to guarantee the technical preparation, the practical skills in the laying of a specific constructive system and a job performed in a workmanlike fashion in respect of the legislative prescriptions and the producer indications. A guarantee also for the end user, at the time that he purchases a real estate or he renovates his own house.
The certification scheme - implemented in compliance with the international standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024 and the technical ICMQ Rules ad hoc conceived for each activity - attests that the certified people have gained the necessary skills in order to perform a specific activity and, above all, verifies that they maintain over time such skills.
The examinations are carried out by selected examiners and sector experts, that verify the applicants’ skills through theoretical and practical tests. The certification can be required both by single persons, and by companies that they intend to certify one or more employee/collaborators.
