The development of the rules related to the building quality and the bigger sensibility toward a sustainable building trade have produced an increasing demand of guarantees on the building stock quality, understood as fulfilment of the requirements which the building has to meet.
To certify the buildings quality, ICMQ provides:
- the voluntary certification of the buildings according to the Sistema Edificio® scheme, that evaluates and certifies the level of fulfilment of the different requirements which the building has to meet, from the energy performance to the thermal and acoustic comfort, to the requirements tied up to the lighting comfort and the saving of the water resources;
- useful services to the voluntary certifications of the sustainability in building trade as the protocol LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and the protocol ITACA, systems of "rating" that define standard for the development of sustainable buildings;
- the energy compulsory certification according to the schemes in force in Italy, in compliance with the national and regional legislation.
